The Explorer 1000 also has a sturdy carrying handle built right into it, so it's not completely immovable. The plastic chassis that houses the power plant is only one example of Jackery's decision to employ lightweight components and materials. You can tell it's made of industrial plastic, so it's sturdy, but you should still treat it with care if you plan on taking it on the road.

Of course, we should mention the review device. Jackery really handed us the Japanese variant, which has a major redesign. In contrast to the US version, which has a permanent handle, the handle on this model can be folded down to free up space for other uses, such as when it's being stored or used as a tabletop. 

It's understandable that some people might be concerned about the strength of hinges on such a massive object. Still, I imagine there are plenty of others who would give everything to have that degree of adjustability instead. But the hinge is in precisely the place where the flashlight was supposed to go on the Japanese version, rendering that feature useless.
